Guarding & Response

Critical infrastructure

Round-the-clock protection of telecom masts, energy plants and data centres.

Round-the-clock protection for sites that cannot fail: telecom masts, energy plants and data centres, often remote and spread over wide areas. A single damaged site can cut a service for many people, so the security has to work every hour of every day.

Guarding, patrols and monitoring are combined to fit each site’s exposure, and planned with you from the site risk assessment. With 15 branches across Kenya, officers are recruited and supervised close to the sites they protect.

What it includes

  • Officers at sites that need a permanent presence
  • Patrols that visit groups of remote sites on a planned pattern
  • Monitoring of cameras and alarms by control-room operators
  • Response when an alarm is raised
  • Access control for engineers and contractors visiting the site
  • Reports of incidents, and of damage to fences, gates and equipment

How it works

  1. We assess each site, or a sample of a network, with you.
  2. We agree the mix of guarding, patrols and monitoring for each type of site.
  3. Officers are recruited locally where possible and briefed on the site’s procedures.
  4. Supervisors visit, and we review performance and incidents with your management.
